I believe that there is no such thing as a ‘one size fits all’ solution for my client’s problems. So I offer a bespoke service which usually commences with a fact-finding telephone conversation.
Practice analysis which is a full day and takes an in depth look at all aspects of the practice under the headings: Vision, Financial Management, Sales, Marketing, Systems, People and Environment.
The analysis is followed by a detailed written report suggesting further actions and two telephone coaching calls over the following month.
Regular Coaching. Many clients find that once the coaching relationship has been established they wish to carry on with a rolling month to month contract. Coaching is done by telephone on a fortnightly basis with times to suit busy professionals. There is unlimited e.mail access between calls.
Discovery Days are aimed at anyone who feels they are at a crossroads in their life whether that be personally or professionally. Usually held on ‘neutral’ ground this helps the client restore their direction and provides them with a route map for the future. Again this is followed by a month’s telephone coaching
In House Training Either a full or half day on any non-clinical subject that is decided by the practice principal. Full CPD certification.
